Un must

Un worldbuilding magistrale. Intrighi di potere mischiati a fantascienza da manuale. Personagg fichissim (quasi tutti). A volte la prosa risulta un po' pomposa, almeno nella traduzione italiana, ma questo contribuisce all'atmosfera epica e al tempo stesso umana. Non è una sorpresa che questo primo capitolo della saga di Dune sia diventato una pietra miliare, e che decine di autori in seguito abbiano pescato a piene mani da questo immaginario vastissimo e mai statico.

Excelentísimo trabajo de ciencia ficción

El universo de Dune que aquí comienza tiene muchos detalles notables, como las Bene Gesserit, la especia (un tipo de droga con cualidades premonitorias), y la organización política. En este libro la aventura y la tensión están siempre presentes en un ritmo entretenido.
