Nice, short, typical Sherlock Holmes tale. A good listening version available on LibreVox.
In this chilling tale of mystery, Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson investigate the death of one of Dr. Grimesby Roylott's daughters. Her twin sister, Helen, can't tell them much, but she does remember Julia's last words: "it was the speckled band." Can Holmes and Watson discover what the speckled band is? Helen's life may depend on their success. (front flap)
